Serving Survivors –

When we opened our doors in 2011, we were committed to providing long-term restoration to those affected by human trafficking. Survivors of sex trafficking are brilliant, strong, and capable of a future filled with possibilities. However, encouraging a survivor to become healthy enough to recognize that future often takes years of hard work and dedication. We want each woman to find and follow Christ into the abundant life He has prepared for her.

Residential Living (2026)

Our residential home is a safe haven for adult female survivors with dedicated staff and a full year of support – each woman is given the time and resources needed to address the root cause of their trauma.

Through our Independent Living Program, our team provides specialized care coordination and wraparound services to survivors who are living on their own and seeking a life of freedom and healing

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

Outreach Fund

Our outreach fund provides one-time emergency financial assistance to survivors who are in and out of our program, who face financial crises such as job loss. This emergency assistance helps cover rent, utilities, or personal needs, preventing them from returning to the bondage of exploitation.

Jessica Rivero serves as the Associate Executive Director of Glory House of Miami, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience in human resources, marketing, project management, operations, development, and business leadership. As the owner of two businesses, she has gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, and organizational growth. Her journey with Glory House began in 2020 as a volunteer. What started as an opportunity to serve grew into a calling, leading to part-time and full-time positions, the role of Operations Manager, and ultimately the honor of serving as Associate Executive Director in 2026. At the heart of Jessica’s service is her Christian faith and a deep desire for every woman to understand her God-given worth and identity in the Lord. She believes no woman should be defined by what has happened to her, but by who God says she is: loved, chosen, valued, and created with purpose. Jessica believes every chapter of her personal and professional journey has prepared her for this season of leadership. She steps into this role with humility, gratitude, and unwavering faith, grounded in the truth that with God all things are possible and that He does not simply call the qualified—He qualifies those He calls.

Marlene is passionate about sharing the love of Christ and restoring women to the dignity of being a daughter of the King. For fifteen years Marlene has walked along side and mentored girls and young women as they grow closer to Jesus by putting scripture into everyday practice. Marlene served for six years as President of the Board of Directors of Touching Miami with Love, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and empowering children, youth, and adults in Overtown and West Homestead.

Our In-House Services and Wraparound Support

Emergency Assistance

Supports survivors with rental assistance, transportation, and basic needs.

Job Training & Placement

Resume building, interview prep, and job placement in safe, supportive environments.

Housing Assistance

We work with local housing providers and landlords to help survivors foster independence.

Financial Literacy

Our Financial Freedom pathway supports survivors looking to pay off debt, maintain a monthly budget, create savings goals and meet strategic long-term financial goals for their future.

Care Coordination

Our dedicated care coaches meet weekly with survivors to assess emotional, financial, and spiritual goals. We partner with local counseling centers to ensure each survivor attends weekly sessions with a licensed therapist specializing in trauma recovery.

Wraparound Services

Other wraparound support services include, but are not limited to: Educational, Legal, Medical, Time Management and others.
